 I have benefited in multiple ways from coaching with Mattie.  One way is prioritizing my goals and plans. Troubleshooting and figuring out what works for me.  I also felt so comfortable talking to her because she was so welcoming  and  understanding.  I have since been able to remain calm and cope when under pressure after discussing problem solving strategies with Coach Mattie.
